  1. move all files for the media item out of the directory your Library is looking at, so Plex will not “see” it anymore

done S03 moved

  1. scan the library library (to detect changes)

  1. empty trash

manage library - empty trash done

  1. clean bundles (in menu next to server name, when accessed under ‘More’)

  1. double check naming schema and move files back

file copied back - onedrive still off since last test

  1. scan the library

run - same result - s03 is before s02 and is using incorrect video file name. after scan completed -
