I used to get this message when using Web App and Android App, now it’s working fine using the Web. However I cannot get this working on my Android mobile or Google TV, I’ve tried all the solutions and it’s still not working.
Any other tips or assistance please?

Hi, I had exactly the same problem with my Chomecast with google tv and the problem was the android sound settings. Please check if this option is available on your device: Settings> display and sound> Advanced sound settings> Surround sound format selection. There you must select the Automatic option (in my case the option was in manual).
