This appears to have started occurring again - Tablet Samsung S7+ and Phone Samsung S20+.
Error appears to be the same as before and following the delete sync, remove from authorised devices, remove content, uninstall and restart process, no changes.

I tried for both Android and iOS, but could only use file manager on my Android DAP.
Apparently when I sync my mp3 files, whether I set it to Original or 320kbps, Plex somehow converts it into mkv file. Thus, I can’t play the file on neither my android nor iOS devices.

When trying to sync my new installed plex music. I can stream the music fine, but no synchronization is possible.
I checked and my plex app has permissions to save to my SD car.d
Where can I look for possible reasons?
