Have you tried using the tag in the folder name for the show ? Like this Overflow (2020) {tvdb-373728} and make sure Include adult content is enabled in the advanced settings of the library.

I believe the agent is Plex TV Series [2022-09-27 13_09_43-Window] The folder is the following: [2022-09-27 13_10_18-Window] And yes, I followed the steps as written in the plex dance kb
