Another missing movie post

Adding underworld collecton. All movies have populated sans Rise of the Lycans. I use filebot for my naming convention and this was the initial name:

Folder name : Underworld - Rise of the Lycans (2009)
File name: Underworld Rise of the Lycans (2009).mkv

Also tried: Underworld Rise of the Lycans (2009) {imdb-tt0834001}.mkv

Plex dance between changes and still no luck. I am at a loss.

That movie exists definitely in Plex’s metadata.

If it doesn’t appear in your library, you most likely have an issue with a mismatch.
Activate the “Duplicates” filter in your movie library, then inspect the Plex media info of the results. Try to Split them.

Or, better: perform the Plex Dance with this movie. Particularly if you only corrected the movie’s file name after you have added it to your server and subsequently found it missing.

Checked the duplicates, nothing appeared appears in that filter unfortunately. I did plex dance between changes to no avail. I’m redownloading now to see if it’s just corrupted.

Playing the file in e.g. VLC should be enough to verify its validity.

Just downloaded it again, different file this time and it showed right up.
