I am unable to connect to my plex server locally and otherwise. I reset my password and that is when it has started to happen. I ran through the troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to help. I did have my account linked with Facebook. But still plex asked me to reset my password so I did. The server shows that it is offline.
Ok, I was able to get my server back and running. I uninstalled with the “Uninstall Only” option. Once I did that I downloaded the newest version of Plex Server. And then “Install using Plex Claim Token” Click on “Get Plex Claim Token” Login and then copy and paste the claim token. I would recommend restarting the server after.
