I fixed it!!! I changed my dns server to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 using sudo nano /etc/dhcpcd.conf and added the following line to that file: static domain_name_servers=1.1.1.1 1.0.0.1 after that just do: sudo service dhcpcd restart And then I was able to claim the server thanks everyone
