I’m also seeing the same issue. Enter a zip code, see a brief spinning wheel, but the continue button stays disabled.

I had to manually update plex to the latest version (I use a NAS as my Plex server). It works fine now.
I’m having the same issue running plex on nvidia shield and I have a hdhomerun connect. Can’t get pass putting the zip code (USA location) and the “continue button” is greyed out. Anyone else having my setup having the same issues?

Had the Same issue with Ver 1.15.3.835, Just updated to 1.16.5.1554. Seems to be working again,

I’m using the 1.14.1.5490 version that my Nvidia Shield TV gives me and am seeing this issue with the empty XML response from the EPG lookup.
Edit: When I looked in the android tv app store I noticed that I did have the latest version of the server. So I rebooted the shield and hey presto it is all now working.
Having this same issue. Unable to continue after inputting zipcode for a US based server with HD Homerun. I was able to get it to continue past the zipcode/language page once however I was only able to view live TV on my mobile device at home, not on remote access. Additionally i was unable to set recordings or view live shows on my actual PC.
Back in January 29, 2019 when i first set up my server i was successfully able to set up DVR and record/playback recordings. Whats going on now? Can you guys at Plex address this asap? This is affecting dozens of individuals as seen here.
Same issue. Moved off NAS based Plex to Nvidia Shield Plex. Re configuring my LIVE/DVR setting and can’t get past zip code. HDHomerun scans fine and is working fine.
Any responses from Plex about this yet?
Found out the default Shield version was not hte latest. Went to Google Play Store and installed latest version and it now works! Needs to be Version 1.16.5.1554

Hangs at zip code input. “CONTINUE” button won’t highlight even though language and zip code is in. I have Plex in a OMV Docker and “VERSION=public”.
Should I restart my Plex Docker or maybe upgrade the firmware in my new HDHomerun?
EDIT: My Plex was one version behind. Restarting my Plex server let it update to the “public” release and then it worked.

This is a concern. I often do not update plex with every release because I do not want to hit issues that limit my use of the products I’ve paided to use. I thought lifetime meant lifetime but some updates degrade my useability because I’m an odd sort.
Same issue - I was able to add Live TV months ago, but removed it since I wasn’t using it. Went to add it back recently, and the Continue button is grayed out. I tried in Brave browser and Microsoft Edge with no luck.
My server is Windows 10 based, if it matters.
For regions we don’t provide guide data for (see: https://support.plex.tv/articles/226463767-frequently-asked-questions-dvr-live-tv/#toc-17), there is no need for postcode to be entered. I’m from Canada (a region covered by Plex for guide data)… but I’m stuck in the same situation. My HDHomeRun is detected, but when I enter the zip code, the “continue option” stays grey and I’m stuck there!
I’m in Alberta, paid for plex pass just for this feature, which isn’t working because it won’t accept my postal code.
In Arkansas and this is not working. It was working a while back, but I went to remove and re-add the tuner, HD Homerun.
Updated to the latest version and the option to continue is still greyed out

Same thing here. Seems like a continual problem with Plex. Has happened to me multiple times over the past months. Plex clearly likes to create problems between my wife and I as her shows don’t tape like they are supposed to. Probably going to continue to be a problem for the foreseeable future knowing how Plex bugs are.
