Your naming and organization is nowhere near Plex requirements. I’m surprised anything appears in any library.
Plex cannot read BD backups. Do not put them in your libraries. Rip the movie with MakeMKV and put the single movie file in your library.
Here is one example. There are at least 24 in your libraries.
This will cause problems with Plex.

Here is an example of your TV Shows not conforming to Plex requirements. You will need to rename and reorganize them. Then perform the Plex Dance for each show.
