After some research it seems like this is a common issue

We have an outstanding issue with channel scans through the Plex Tuner Service (eg for Hauppauge DVRs) finding a subset of the channels

I’ve had the same thing but just found it does work but it’s a UI bug… When you press the rescan button a message appears at the bottom of the floating dialogue asking you to confirm the frequency range. The dialogue should expand to show this but you have to scroll down to see this option. Maybe this renders differently in different browsers? Although I’ve tried a few (mobile and desktop) and it’s the same.

The information I have is that the issue came in after release 1.22.3.4523

I will send you the DSM 7 build for that and if you could try a scan and let me know if it fixes the problem
