Cant connect to Plex outside local network

I have a Windows and NAS server on the same network. Both are showing the “Not available outside your network” error but streams seem to be working

Remote Access Status Red with GeoIP Restrictions

Yeah I don’t think it’s just georestrictions. I’m on 1.31.2.6810 Remote Access has a red exclamation but its working fine and I have no geo-blocking so I think the issue is at Plex’s end. If I manually run the test again the tick goes green and then when you go away from the page it goes red again. In the console no errors when running the connectivity test either.
