@mweste

Settings - Server - Troubleshooting (lower left) - Download Logs

It will give you a ZIP file.

please upload that ZIP file with your next reply (drag & drop and let it upload to change to a URL ) then post

happening here too, nothing changed on my end since this morning.
reset all the xfinity stuff (totally reset the router, reassigned all static IP’s, disabled advanced security, added the port forward).

Throttled. It’s been hammering it too hard.

Your cert was created & updated March 5, 2023

I’ve reset your certificate.

Please restart the server and all clients.

I see you have a lot of shared users. Have you exceeded the allowed limit?

here are my logs
like i said, i reset everything including redoing the static IP assignments.

i have 2 servers but none exceeded limit who did the throttle. is this going to be a normal thing

@mweste
Did you restart the server many times in rapid succession / remote access on/off ?

This is a throttle due to excessive publish

Mar 21, 2023 01:31:21.208 [0x700006a64000] DEBUG - [HttpClient/HCl#3d] HTTP/2.0 (0.5s) 422 response from POST https://plex.tv/servers.xml?auth_token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (reused)

Mar 21, 2023 01:31:21.208 [0x70000710b000] DEBUG - [Req#334] MyPlex: Published Mapping State response was 422

I don’t know what got you into this state but something hammered Plex.tv and it said “STOP”.

all my server have same issue happen around same time . where is throttle coming from. do i have to split my server up

No. no need to split up the servers.

Let me do more digging in the backend.

Your logs aren’t showing me anything conclusive.

do you need log for other server maybe that will help
'i just drove 23 hours from nyc to fl to bring server down lol

You only drive FROM New Jersey (because getting away from Jersey is the right thing to do… LOL)

I see in the audit log where an email was sent ?

My PMS remote access is down right now too.

canyouseeme.org can see the port open, nslookup plex.tv resolves to 4 IP addresses but doing tracert plex.tv ends in a bunch of Request timed out

Checking the servers I have remote access to.
Back shortly.

Edit: Just streamed from a friend in south Florida to Pa. No issues.

u aint lying but not im being punished

streaming not issue. but you will get some indirect and yellow warning symbols
.and of course remote access red

Probably some routing issue somewhere which only affects certain routes.

Anybody affected by this is in Europe?

email?

Well, as I said, it was all working last night when I went to bed.

This morning it says it cannot connect remotely and a new version was available, so I upgraded.

People can actually connect, so I don’t think it’s anything to do with my “unchanged in many months” firewall / port forwarding config.
