thosse logins is because of server issue not staying connected on remote. is that what triggered throttle
That might be. If the server is dropping internet service and coming back on, Plex.tv will see a lot of Login activity.
Too much will cause the throttle.
Let me check back further.

just so you know know of servers was logging out all day. this just suddenly started happing to my location. the logout came after trying to change versions etc. resting etc troubleshoot. as well as checking with IIS and checking firewalls …
I’m seeing the same thing on my end; if I click “retry” on the remote access page I get a 422 response. I have not spammed the button and I was not doing anything with the Plex server when this all started.

if it was only happening to a few people i would agree network issues in an area… but if its happening all around and to MANY people id say its something to do with the latest update.
i too have done nothing and have ALL the same issues. red box says no connect while people ARE connecting.
Same issue here. I’ve been getting notifications repeatedly from Tautulli that remote access was down, restored, and then down again which started around 7:54pm EST. I tried changing the port used just to see if that was the issue but I still keep getting remote access issues.
There are also a ton of people on the Plex sub on reddit reporting the same issues
I actually have been slacking off on updates because I’ve been busy and the same issues are happening for me so I doubt this is version related. I’m on 1.31.2.6739
All 2nd server goes imediatly to Not available outside your network. this is bizarre
I’m also experiencing this issue in Australia. Changed port numbers / IP address / DNS / Reboot /Upgrade and Downgrade version. Nothing seems to fix the issue.
I am using Ubuntu Server currently on version 1.31.2.6810.
Started happening about 9 hours ago for me.

And to throw my two cents in my remote access status is currently red “Not available outside your network”
I’m able to connect to other shared accounts. Some of my shared users can connect intermittently. I show up then disappear again.
IMHO, this issue has nothing to do with your local PMS installs or plex.tv. It looks more and more like some edge routers out there are not working as they should. Or maybe Cloudflare or similar.
I can tracert any host in my country (EU) and nearby countries without problems but any host/IP address in the US results in a bunch of Request timed out
