I still cant connect =( the server still goes intermittently not available.
I cant connect remotely outside the LAN at all from any device or IP.

Thank you for taking the time to review the logs, I’m sorry for making it difficult. But your efforts allowed me to fix my server, thank you I wouldn’t have realized I was behind a double NAT.
My isps modem decided to stop working as I had configured it. I have to resolving my networking issues everything is working as it should again.
