This movie has serious issues, it is not due to name problems. A month ago, I discovered I was unable to wishlist this pre-existing movie in my database. (I was out of town and forgot to check up on it). After seeing this, I checked into it.
It is on TMDB as Elliot: The Littlest Reindeer. IMDB as Elliot the Littlest Reindeer. But on Watch.plex.tv as The Littlest Reindeer.
It looks like “The Littlest Reindeer” is the UK DVD title, but not what is used in the US. Doing a “Fix Match” Plex fails to find it under BOTH TMDB and Plex titles:

Enter the IMDB tt4177856 or TMDB id tmdb455842 in the Match dialog to get it to work for now.
Otto, can you find out why this movie fails to wishlist? I bet the reason why I cannot is related to the OP’s inability to match this movie. Probably an incorrect link somewhere in Plex’s side.
(The wishlist button is clickable for me, but when I click it (web browser client), the “Wishlisted” flag appears under the poster for a fraction of a second then vanishes. This is the only movie I have noticed that this happens for. On Nvidia Shield client, the wishlist button is missing entirely.)
I have filed an issue for the metadata team.
