This works for me:
/Mission Impossible III (2006) [2160p]
Mission Impossible III (2006) [2160p].mkv
See Media Preparation guidelines. Specifically, Naming Movie Files.
Use of brackets is not mentioned in the guidelines. As mentioned in other forum posts, Plex ignores text between square brackets.
Also, perform the Plex Dance after renaming any media file.
