Hi quaan , You probably already checked your Playback settings, so I’ll continue with the next step; In your Player of trust (e.g. Plex Web), go to settings > category Plex Web > Quality and select your preferred quality, probably Maximum. Hope this helps :slight_smile:

And to answer your question it plays from Local. The streams were transcoded yesterday Today they dont even play neither on my apple tv or my local PC that contains the files
