Remote access comes and goes randomly

Server Version#:1.19.2.2737 Player Version#: N/A Remote access will sometimes be enabled then for no apparent reason become disabled. Most of the time it seems to be disabled. Since the only reason I use Plex is to stream music from my NAS to my phone when I’m away from home, this is a major issue for me. Sometimes I can access my music via my phone when remote access is disables and sometimes not. Also occasionally my phone says that it can’t make a direct connection but will play anyway.Ple…
