Don't just close feature suggests that are not tackled!

There are obviously people in this forum who close feature requests by writing the request has been mentioned somewhere else and then close the other request as well.

Kind of creating circles to not deal with requests. Really weird.

Usually it is linked to some other request and then the other request deals with a slightly different perspective and then it is closed out of another different perspective.

In essence: the communicated user need is ignored and some people close requests arbitrarily. This should be stopped!!!

Sometimes there’s dozens of duplicates. So cleaning those up from two separate angles can result in some of the closed ones pointing to another suggestion that had also been closed. They should be pointing to the remaining suggestion which addresses this topic.

If you’ve run into one where this “trail” leads nowhere, please point me there to fix this.

As for the suggestion in your screenshot… the linked suggestion had indeed been closed too, pointing to the remaining suggestion covering this scope
