Thanks for providing your logs! It looks like we don’t have any guide data for the lineup you selected: Cable Onda Panama Digital. In fact, it does not appear we have data for any of the Panama lineups except Cable & Wireless Panama (IPTV) Panama City Digital. Could you try that lineup instead and see if it will work for you? You’ll need to delete and recreate your DVR to select the new lineup.
As you can see, our guide data is lacking for some countries. For this reason, we will be changing providers in the near future. You can read more about this change here: Announcement: State of EPG & TV metadata in Plex. Unfortunately, the new provider will not have data for Panama, so you will need to use XMLTV instead. You may prefer to start using XMLTV now, as you will have to make the switch in the near future anyway.
