I would dig into the multiple copies of Plex running as this will undoubtedly cause issues down the line.

That is what appears to be happening as can be seen in the logs

You probably have a scheduled task starting Plex Media Server.exe as well as it is starting by default on launch

You had 2 instances of Plex Media Server.exe processes running in parallel at 16:51:34

Suggest you remove the scheduled task and just have auto launch

I would echo Tiebierius about the restart of programs in Windows 10, which will load a second instance in addition to Plex’s autoload. See https://tinyurl.com/kejdzpxh. Of course, the real answer is to have Plex check and not load another instance of itself.

I finally just gave up. this is still unstable almost a year in. I so loved the idea. Streaming TV from anywhere. There are no answers. There are no solutions.

Don’t think there were any logs provided for your issues. Last I can see is that you had 2 instances of Plex Media Server.exe running - here DVR no longer operational, cannot setup new DVR - #35 by buddykins which can arise if you have “Start Plex Media Server at Login” selected and also run it as a scheduled task or service,
