Server Version#: Windows 10 Pro - PLEX Version 1.19.5.3112
Tuner Make/Model: Hauppauge winTV-HVR-2255
Plex sees the tuner, but when scanning does not find any channels. I have removed/reinstalled the device multiple times, used the hcwclear utility from Hauppauge (does a complete de-install of any wintv stuff and drivers for the card), re-installed just the driver, all no difference.
The log has this after each scan:
