We found the bug
When the automatic update to the new EPG fails, we attempt to delete the DVR to allow you to manually create the DVR - but there is a bug where we end up locking out the DVR
I am getting a 1.16.3 build with the fix - so if you are still in limbo, we can then try our the new build
