DVR Setup Stuck

An issue has been found and fixed where a DVR gets stuck after a failed attempt to migrate the EPG - it will be fixed in 1.16.4 which should go to beta soon. In the meantime i am making an early alpha release build available to users where debug logs are provided and they show the issue of failed migration after relaunch of Plex Media Server

we found the bug and there is a development build that is being tried by one user. The issue was that when the auto migration to the new EPG did not find a matching lineup (or if the country is no longer supported by the EPG) then the DVR got locked out

DVR Setup stuck at 0%? I cannot watch Live TV or set it up either.

We found the bug When the automatic update to the new EPG fails, we attempt to delete the DVR to allow you to manually create the DVR - but there is a bug where we end up locking out the DVR I am getting a 1.16.3 build with the fix - so if you are still in limbo, we can then try our the new build
