I thought that this issue might have been resolved in 1.21.4.4079 with the Butler service fix, but I am here to report that the issue still exists.

Here is the EPG taken on the afternoon of Friday, March 19. You can see the the episode lengths for “The Daily Show With Trevor Noah” for the following week are listed as 30 minutes (I add 3 minutes at the end in my DVR settings). This is incorrect.

After a manual stop and start of the “Plex Media Server” service around 2:30 PM on Friday, March 19, the episode lengths for “The Daily Show With Trevor Noah” are then listed at 45 minutes. This is correct.

The episode lengths for airings during the week of March 29 remain incorrectly listed at 30 minutes, but in the past, that week’s episodes will get fixed when the service is restarted next Friday.

Logs (5.0 MB) are attached.

A side note:

The DVR Guide still appears to show 30 minute episode lengths for the 11:00 PM airing after the service is restarted. The DVR Guide also shows 45 minute episode lengths for the 11:30 PM airing (which I believe does not exist).

But the DVR Schedule shows the episode length to be 45 minutes after the service is restarted.

So there appears to be a discrepancy between what is shown in the Guide and what is shown in the Schedule.

EPG is still not updating until the PMS is restarted.
