I’ve setup portforwarding (MikroTik) just in case from externalip:32400 to internalip:32400. During check for remote access i get this error:
MyPlex: mapping state set to ‘Mapped - Not Published (Not Reachable)’.
I’m not using any VPNs. And I know portforwarding works for other services. And Plex is working internally.
Have you confirmed that particular port forward is working?
Do you experience the same issue if you’re using a different public port?
The answer was opening port on router. Remember “Port Forwarding =/= Opening Port”
