“Error Response error Code: 409” for two downloads on one device only

I began seeing this today when trying to “convert” one iPad over from Sync to Downloads.

I went through and deleted all content, erased Plex from the iPad, reinstalled Plex, and am still getting this (and other) errors when “Downloading” new content, despite the iPad showing nothing. It seems I can download “new” movies (ones that haven’t ever been on this iPad), but “old” movies that had been here before are failing, either with this message or sometimes with “Error downloading this item.”

Right now I see exactly ONE item in the Downloads list (on the “new” method), and yet it says “Downloading 7 of 7”.

Something with this is still very, very broken.
