This is the Plex version you are running: Plex Media Server v1.18.6.2350-143d2e66b Is this the latest version that works on your device?

So just looked on my phone and tablets. They are running version 7.19. But the tv versions are 8.18. So could this be a issue!?

If the server version is not the latest - that’s the first place to start…

Just looked and the server one is the same as the tv. So Mobile devices are different but they work

The server and the client and two different things in terms of versions - as far as I can tell your server version is kinda old :frowning:
