Could someone with the missing cover art problem please try the following:-
1. On the same machine that PlexConnect is running on, open the Plex web interface in a browser, go to a movie and press the little (i) button at the bottom of the left toolbar.
2. From the popup window press "View XML" at the bottom.
3.In the browser page that opens up find the thumb key, enter the last part, in this case /thumb/1370374865 into the end of the address that's already in the address bar and press enter.
If the image is displayed then the problem is with PlexConnect, however if the image is not displayed then the problem is with the connection between the PlexConnect machine and the PMS, may be a firewall issue.

I just did the following and the image came up in the browser.

I got the VMWare running if I need to start from scratch let me know.

Could you edit Setting.cfg and change:-
enable_plexgdm = True
to
enable_plexgdm = False
and
ip_pms = 192.168.178.10
to
the ip address of your PMS.
save the file and rerun PlexConnect.

ok checked IE the Proxy isn't running
also just so you know, standard home sharing through iTunes still works and is displaying the art work
Could you go into services and check windows activation services, if it is running try disabling it.
Could you also confirm that what version of Python you are running (version number and 32/64 bit please?)

Delete your older folder and replace with the one from the link above.
Do any of the files need to be modified in this version? It looks like I'm still having the same problem. I don't have art work and I'm stuck in "accessing trailers".
