  1. Retract the invitation.
  2. Then tell your user to log in to plex.tv, so his plex user account is generated.
  3. Renew the invitation. Make sure you got the email address right.
  4. Tell the user to log in to plex.tv again, then send him to https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing where the invitation can be accepted or denied.

Plex don’t send invite. Different mailboxes, but the problem is the same.

  1. double-check the email addresses
  2. tell the users to check their “Spam” folders
  3. retract the invitation, then tell the users to create a plex.tv account for themselves, after they did that, repeat the invitation. The users can accept the invitation in their accounts at https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing

I tried several times to send an invitation to my personal email (gmail, yandex,…). No result.
