I’m getting this as well across all my servers… just one user can’t get invite.

having same issue. Failed to send to specific user. Please help
- Retract the invitation.
- Then tell your user to log in to plex.tv, so his plex user account is generated.
- Renew the invitation. Make sure you got the email address right.
- Tell the user to log in to plex.tv again, then send him to https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing where the invitation can be accepted or denied.
Hello. I am having the same issue adding a user. I have tried all the things I have seen here and still no go.
You simply have exceeded the number of allotted shares.
Plex don’t send invite. Different mailboxes, but the problem is the same.
- double-check the email addresses
- tell the users to check their “Spam” folders
- retract the invitation, then tell the users to create a plex.tv account for themselves, after they did that, repeat the invitation. The users can accept the invitation in their accounts at https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing
I tried several times to send an invitation to my personal email (gmail, yandex,…). No result.
