Failed to sent invite error with specific user

Thank you!

I’m getting the same error. tried with a clean browser as instructed above

Send me the user’s address please per PM.

I’m getting the same error for a specific user. Please help!

You also have more than exceeded your allowed number (100) of sharees.

I was not aware that we are limited to 100 sharees. Is there documentation available to review this and other limitations we may have to address? Is there an option available to increase the number of sharees?

There is not.

Hello! I am unable to send an invite as well. Keep receiving a “failed to send invite” error.

I am also having the problem of not being able to send an invite to a friend. Is there something that I can do to correct?

Please send me the email address of the user you are trying to invite, per PM.

Hi,
I’m having the same problem.

Billy

Your invitation was created. You just tried to invite the same user again, which will fail, of course.

Yup, it works now. My goof! Thanks for the fast response!

Just to let you know that this issue was resolved. Thanks for the assist.

Hello team.

I am also experiencing this same error. My plex ID is stutch.

Which user are you inviting? Please send me the email or plex user name per PM.

Hello I have the same problem as Gardnet. I sent an invite to one user today. He had to create an account. But now I can’t send him a new invite.

If you already invited him, you cannot send another invitation to the same user/email – unless you retract the previous invitation.

I get this same silly error as well. The first invite said it sent fine, then when I go back to add the same user to more Plex libraries, Plex fumbles the invite send somehow.

You can’t invite folks again if they already have a pending invite.

Either revoke the pending invite on the sharing page https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing then share again,

or just wait for them to accept then add the other libraries to the existing share by clicking on them and changing the shared libraries
