That is not necessary, and in fact, not recommended. It needs to be enabled, but the bottom of the stack of active agents is fine. <—if you ever want to use an MP4 file, it’s ‘required’.

I think that’s probably the issue. The folder and the movie should be the same and both must be correct. Plex ignores everything in [Brackets] and Movie File Names do NOT have two (YEAR) fields.
If you do NOT have another ‘Version’ of this movie anywhere - fix the names and Plex Dance it:
If you DO have another ‘Version’ of this movie, remove both, Plex Dance and put the movie with the extras on first. Only after you see all your extras, you may add the other Version, but NOT in the movie folder with the extras. That folder is now, off limits.
