Films That have 2 parts, not showing part 2 or part 1 on some

Hi,

This maybe an easy fix or not. I have put Lord Of The Rings extended versions on plex which are split into 2 parts on each film. when i first uploaded the films they showed up fine, when i added film covers and matching film info it all seemed to have gone wrong, i have litrally tried everything on plex to show both parts to the films and i’m completely lost, i even deleted the films and uploaded them again and still not working. Can anyone help. Thanks

How did you name those files in the first place?

Usually it’s easier to merge such files, e.g. using MKVToolNix

Thanks for replying so fast! I will try renaming them again as I did rename them to see if it would work but didn’t. Other than that I will try and merge them together etc… I will let you know if this works, thanks
