They are popular titles that should by all means match. The one I swapped was Mandalorian and Grogu. It was matched before, but when I reuploaded it, it didn’t recognize it anymore and gave only ‘match’.

I’m not sure, but I didn’t change anything. It literally was working one moment and then not.

What could they have changed that would affect just this one thing? Everything else about plex and about other internet apps works fine.

I suggest you post your plex logs otherwise we’re just making wild guesses at what is happening.

they can change how their DNS works. and how their internet security works thats why @napolij suggested to try a different DNS. I’m not saying that is defintely the issue but it is worth trying Google DNS or Cloudflare Public DNS

Make sure PMS has debug level logging enabled only!
Then restart PMS
Do a Plex Dance on the media, and after that is done, upload server logs
