I’ve tried everything on the net. nothing turns on hw transcoding
even post from @ChuckPa from years ago. it just makes no sense to me. why is this not working. my nas has ability to hw transcode

please!!! help me!!!1

Hardware accelerated transcoding is currently broken for J3xxx and J4xxx CPUs.

Fall back to 1.32.1.6999 or earlier.

Also having the same issue on 1.32.3.7089 where it won’t transcode on DSM 7.2
