Was working on 7.1. Now i see the below error in the logs, any ideas?

Hi I have same problem after the update. Live TV has vanished. So much for plex trying to build the best dvr.
Yeah not great. Have contacted Nvidia support and provided them everything they asked for, so just waiting to hear back.

Same here, hope itās sorted quickly. Noticed kernal was updated in 7.2 maybe hauppauge need to update driver for this?
Having same problems with PCTV 292e. I removed the tuner from the DVR setup, now PLEX wonāt recognise it.
Now saying plex server off line. No world from plex thought they would be more proactive problem solving
My server reset it self after the update so that might be why yours is showing offline? I had setup PMS again but then obviously now it cant detect the tuner.
Same here - device showed as not been seen. I removed and re-added but it just doesnāt detect.
Nvidia asked me to reset cache and storage on the Plex server app. I did this begrudgingly as of course it kills all the scanned media, watched items etc. THIS DIDNāT WORK, as a warning to anyone.

Same issue here, tuner stopped working after update so I tried to delete and add it again, unfortunately that s not working cause plex. Cannot see Hauppauge tunerā¦
Tried to clear app data and cache as well without any effectā¦
I took plex pass mainly for dvr which is now uselessā¦
I have had my plex server and dvr running on my shield since april with no problems until I was prompted to update to 7.2 and have just had the exact same thing happen to my server. After I updated my shield to 7.2 the plex server died. When I reconfigured I tried to add my Hauppage Win TV dualHD TV Tuner and it wonāt detect it now. I just get the mesage āDonāt see your HDHomeRun device? Enter its network address manuallyā.
It never specified HDHomeRun before it just said āDevicesā.
It is definitely not the usb tuner as i tested it on my computer to rule it out and it defintely still works.
I see that one of the 7.2 added features was a mode to sleep idle usb devices. Could this be affecting the Hauppage tuner in some way.
Please someone have a solution for this I cant live without my DVR itās the only reason I have a Plex Pass.
Same here. Even after updating to the latest version it didnāt work. Please fix soon as I have recordings lined up for tomorrow and Iād like to actually record them.

Same here! PLEX SUPPORT anyone reads this?
According to Plex Supported DVR Tuners and Antennas, Hauppauge Win-TV Dual-HD (model 1590) is fully compatible with Nvidia Shield.
But with the latest Plex app (ver. 7.9.0.8439) and Plex Server (ver. 1.14.1.5488 (smb)) the tuner can not be discovered in Live TV & DVR settings. It needs to be fixed!
Iāve purchased and installed Hauppauge Win-TV Dual-HD (model 1590) just for this and it does not work!

Iāve recently noticed that none of my recordings have been saving, usually cancelling and (thankfully) auto-rescheduling. I checked with my tuner, a Happauge Win-TV Dual-HD, and while itās plugged in like itās been for several months, itās not working. The server reflects this, showing a āDevice not foundā status, but usually the DVR will work even when itās showing that error. I checked its connection by attempting to play Live TV, but it gave me a āCould not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antennaā popup instead. The tuner appears to be functional, but itās just not reading in Plex. Iāve tried resetting the server, unplugging the tuner and plugging it back in, and even plugging the tuner into a different USB port.
My server is an Nvidia SHIELD. Server logs will be provided upon request.
