The Plex movie library points to the Videos #2 directory, correct?
Rename per Plex recommendations and then Plex Dance the files.
Adding the year to the folder name & movie name will help Plex recognize the movie correctly, especially when there are multiple movies with the same name.
For example, Black or White may refer to the 2014 movie, the 2016 movie Blanco o Negro, or the 1983 movie Trading Places.
There have also been multiple movies with the the main or alternate title of Rules of Engagement.
You can also add the IMDB or TMDB ID to the folder and file name. Plex will use the ID to match the file with the correct movie.

or
/Videos #2/Rocky V (1990) {imdb-tt0100507}/Rocky V (1990) {imdb-tt0100507}.m4v
Be sure and Plex Dance the files after renaming / reorganizing. It removes the incorrect information from the Plex database. Otherwise, Plex may use the incorrect information when you return the movies to a Plex library.
