Help moving to new plex server

Let’s break out the BIG hammer.

1. Open Authorized Devices
2. Look for any/all instances of the server and REMOVE them.
3. Sign out of Plex/web again
4. Stop Plex
5. Delete Preferences.xml
6. Start Plex
7. Connect through the tunnel
8. Now you can sign in and “Got It” and do setup.

if this fails, we need dig into the host.
