Help with setup of Asus RT-AC3200 router for PMS

Server Version#:1.20.0.3181
Player Version#:6.6.5.6519.ea7cb8480-plex
Plex Web version 4.40.1

Hello.
I bought a new router, to replace my ISP modem/router… i put the ISP modem into bridge mode, and setup my new router.
The router is an ASUS RT-AC3200

I need some help with the setup between Plex Sever and the ASUS setup for remote access. Some of my Roku and computers inside the house cannot locate Plex server.

I went through the Plex online setup guide.

I have the router port forwarder setup… and turned on. But I feel I’m missing something.

Prior to buying the new router, my ISP modem/router was having issues periodically. I thought the new modem would be the obvious fix… now I am not sure.

Everything was working great for me, until a PMS update late winter, early spring. After that update, things have gone down hill. Right after that update, I could no longer update from a source outside my server computer. I loved being able to update PMS on my phone or at work…or upstairs from the server on another computer.

Until the new router, I haven’t had issues with the Roku in my house… just outside my house at my cottage.

When I go into PMS settings, 3 out of 10 times I look, it shows agreen check mark, that there is access outside… yet when I check PMS, it shows a green checkmark when I step away from the server… then a short time later, nothing.

I thought it was my Windows10 that got messed up after an update around the same time as PMS… i am finding Win10 changing some setting to put the HD to sleep… something I never turned on.

Anyway… any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Again, yes I have gone through the PMS help… that is why I am coming to the forum.
Thanks
Bill
