Running a server off of WiFi isn’t problematic but will try to get this working.
Plex is seeing the Fire TV’s, the first thing to try would be to temporarily turn off Windows Fire Wall to see if that is blocking the connections.
If that doesn’t work, access the router and change the dns servers to be 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, restart the one of the Fire TV’s and try to connect.
Some clients allow you to set ht IP address of the server and we may have to do that here.
Ok I cut the Windows Firewall and turned my Fire TV on and I can now access my content so what is the next step

That should of say is problematic.
Turn the firewall on and make sure the connection is set to private. If it fails then the firewall rules for Plex need to be re-applied which unfortunately is not something I can readily tell you how.
I cut the firewall and set it to private and the videos are playing right now so far
Now I do have a question with the Firewall set to private that will not affect my laptop at all will it
As long as you are on your home network then Private is the correct setting.
