I also grabbed the logs from my Chromecast which has the same persistent issue. As mentioned I can play LiveTV on my Samsung TV, or iOS devices and Chrome browser no problems whatsoever. Chromecast Plex App Issue.txt (110.4 KB)

Exactly the same thing happens with live tv with an nvidia server and a Hauppauge WinTV-dualHD tuner It is not seen on any device only in web plex. And on the web it cuts out and only the SD channels are seen and choppy, the HD ones don’t even load… in case it helps…
