I recently added The Guardians (2017) (aka Les gardiennes) to my Plex movie folder but it doesn’t show up. I tried The Gardener and Les Gardiennes and neither works. Any suggestions??
How exactly is the file named?
Is it a mp4 file?
Right now it is “Les gardinnes.mkv”. Initially it was The Guardians.mkv. So I’m baffled.
It should be Les gardiennes (2017).mkv

Rename it, then perform the Plex Dance
My advice would be to add the IMDB ID to the file name. I have been doing this, and it identifies correctly 100% of the time so far.
e.x. The Guardians (2017) (tt6213362).mkv
