First of all, I do recommend not to use the Multimedia share in QNAP

Seceondly, it is indeed named correctly, but still try and rename it to:
The Panic in Needle Park (1971) {imdb-tt0067549}.mp4
Then scan again.
I also strongly recommend, that each movie goes into it’s own folder, as suggested here:
