- we are clearing your logs folder by moving it out of the way but keeping the data just in case
- We are doing the Plex Dance on media that is affected and not appearing.
You said you added 3 new folders, lets pick one of those. Then follow the instructions above to carefully perform the plex dance. At first guess something in the file name is causing a problem, or its being flagged as a duplicate or something Im not easily seeing could be going on. By clearing the logs, and performing the dance and uploading fresh logs it allows me to get a good picture of what is going on, and the filename allows me to easily scan the logs for relevant information.
