MacOs 10.14.5

Player Version#: Version 4.8.3
Unable to detect my HDHomeRun Tuners
Unable to Find Tuners.
Reset Tuners same results.
Removed Tuners and it was unable to connect.
Deleted DVR and now it won’t load the guide. I can scan for channels but when you put your zip code in continue is greyed out and if you hit enter it just sits at zero.
Someone broke live tv and dvr over there at Plex.
No idea how to roll back to an older version. There used to be a button to allow that but it to is gone.
Yeah someone definitely broke Plex in this past update.
Also the application support folder is gone. Meaning I have no backup server version. So when it updated it must have purged that folder.
Basically when someone puts in their two weeks because they quit… don’t let them work on anything of importance or value… because that’s what looks like has happened here.
what lineup ? zip code?
Have you tried deleting the DVR and recreating and going through the lineup selection?
If the issue arose after the October maintenance, then it may be some internal IDs changed
If problems persist, get server logs after completing a guide refresh
Sorry for the late reply . It was causing the Live TV to NOT function. The HDhomerun tuner works on the prior version no problem, however with this version the HDhomerun is not working .
CPU hits the roof and flickering on the channels. NOT moving up version until this is working like before.
Is the issue with Live TV ? YES Are recordings ok? not sure
Is it the same with all Plex clients ? Mac client using web
Android mobile app? YES flickers
iOS app? DON’T have one
Plex Web app? Yes
rescanned channels and nothing showed up but one channel.
Yeah, I had all channels in 77546 area and lost them with the older update . Today feeling adventurous I patched the server to the latest. Let you know the results in a few. Says installing still on the button.
