This post is getting ubber long, is there a better way to post issues about EPG? anyway, i’m following the thread of instructions started here:

I want to report 1 channel with the correct EPG name but the schedual has different programmes. - The lineup name (you’ll find the lineup name on the Live TV & DVR settings page under CHANNEL SOURCES ) - see screenshot below

065 That’s TV 2 (THATS2) - For airing issues, the airing times, time zone, movie or show/series and episode titles
The guide and actual shows are out of sync sometimes by whole shows. Examples are ‘Rab C Nessbit’ being reported and ‘The Brittas Empire’ being shown, not even in the same time slot.
