I see the channels for Boston under Zip Code 02114. I am on a Windows Plex Media Server
Please update the OTA lineup for Cleveland OH (zip code 44016) to include MeTV TOONS, channel 35.3
Please also add STORY, channel 35.2
I can click the box to enable the channel, but it does not appear as an option in the dropdown channel guide listing.
There is nothing they can do, the files they use come from an outside vendor.
On Reddit I found a zip 75001 that works for me. You add an additional zip code and you map it to the local channel that has MeToon on it.

I think this may be a misidentified show:
UK Freeview channel 20, U&Drama, Thursday 27th February 2025, 21:00 - 22:05
The show is Bergerac (2025), TVDB Series #454657, S01E01. The show is a remake of an older show, Bergerac (1981), Series #73650
Plex is showing me imagery from the old series and the series recording I’ve scheduled is combining the above broadcast of the new show with repeat episodes of the old show.
Additionally, the 21:00 broadcast of the 2025 version is (I believe) the first broadcast of the new show, and should therefore be marked as “New”, but it’s not.

Every Friday at 20:15 (8:15 pm) there is a show called “Let’s Dance” which is a new show and therefore the airings should be denoted as being “new”, which they aren’t.
This obviously messes with plannings where you only want to record new airings.
I have tried other lineups for Germany (all I guess), but the problem is the same.
Issue is still not fixed. I posted this several months back. EPG data Plex uses is still not corrected since these Low power Tv stations changed channel line ups a few months ago.

The PBS affiliate, channel 7, WJCT out of Jacksonville, FL, USA 32202 is missing from EPG altogether. Channel 107 is also WJCT, does appear in my channel scan, but doesn’t have guide data or any of the sub channels.
