Can we please have WWYA 28.2 updated to reflect MeTV Toons programming? It switched 6-7 months ago.
Hi, I have several new local OTA channels in my area that are not appearing in the EPG for mapping to my channel listings. I have rescanned multiple times and even deleted and re-setup my DVR. This has been going on for months. Anything else I can try to add the new channels to my lineup. A few are NextGen TV, so I would really like them in my Plex Channel line up!
Missing EPG data in the Charlotte, NC Region (Zip Codes 28203, 28173, etc.) for MeToons on channel 18.9.

For channels 31.1- 31.8 there are no selection available. Phoenix Zipcode 85301. usa
Plex Version : 1.41.3.9314 Im looking mostly for 31.4 RetroTV . I fudged it with a guide from , 92101. but the time are off by an hr. So would be great if you can update RetroTV for the Phoenix area.

My OTA Antenna cant find/match the EPG guide so I not able to watch 20+ channels in the Boston Market. Even after adding multiple zip codes where the antenna’s are located

After really looking at the EPG channels. looks like RetroTV is listed as channel 14.6. I selected that and the guide populated, but my still off by 3 hours . Guide says doctor who 6pm but it actually comes on at 9pm. verified on Retro TV — Get After It Media MST.
This is my 4th request for the missing channels I have.
What the actual problem is: Missing guide for two channels.

I have deleted my DVR and recreated it and still can’t get these 2 channels to show up.
This is still going on, and causing my DVR to needlessly re-record programmes due to my use of the “Replace lower resolution items” setting. Every “HD” recording from this channel is obviously no better than the SD it’s “replacing”, so it’s liable for replacement itself later on.

Since the beginning of 2024 I lost a DVR channel because the associated channel number was reassigned.the new channel number is 54, but even after rescanning I only get channels 52, 53, 55, 56 and 54 is missing. I tried with a TV connected to the same cable and I can get the channel without issues. I also tried.w_scan2 and the channel is found.
I keep my server updated with the latest release, but this is not helping. I am running Plex on Alpine in a container with an hauppauge wintv dual hd usb tuner.
The channel details are:
County: Italy.
Channel name: fai storia hd.
Channel number: 54.
This is on DVBT2

Sorry but this feature just…sucks. I’m a paid lifetime subscriber and I generally love Plex but this is the worst feature by far. I’m considering a move to Emby because this is just awful

@BigWheel, I’m confused here. The official instructions say to add a post to this existing thread about EPG errors, but apparently you’re breaking them out into separate threads, as you did for the most recent poster (but not mine). Do those instructions need to be updated to say that we should be creating new threads, and are lineup changes more likely to be made if we do? Or does it even matter, because I see comments from people indicating they’ve been waiting a long time for their updates to be applied.
If Plex isn’t having much luck getting the EPG provider to make changes, this would seem to suggest that updating the software should be a higher priority, such as allowing us to “manually” identify (sub)channel/station combinations. Even if such ad hoc channels couldn’t provide listing information, just having the channel in our EPG would allow us to select it, which is more than we have now.

I would love for y’all to be able to manually record/Tune and am trying to make that happen but it is not simple thing and would not be anytime soon even if the devs started coding today.
