If you still have the Tivo data, I would imagine a refresh won’t work, if that’s what you’re doing. I think you’re going to have to delete the current DVR and recreate.

No I deleted the tuner/DVR both times
and started from fresh both times
Possibly my postcode is an issue like others have reported previously

@KnightOrc and @andyev26 can you tell me which postal codes didn’t work, for the Netherlands and London respectively?
Here in the Netherlands I tried many different postcodes. None worked. Example would be 3335AB here.
Is this what you mean by Season/Episode? I seem to have both. Am I on TiVo or Gracenote, I’m still not sure.
Just deleted my recordings and re-created my DVR. Just curious, did the “Record Team” option go away for sports?

In the last paragraph of the announcement we mention that “record by team” is one of several items still outstanding, it should be coming very soon.

It’s was one show that the UK airing always showed the S/E with Gracenote, but the other supplier had a date on it , made it very easy to check which guide is used
you picture is what i mean, but for those shows i dont know if it shows anything, did 459 previously show as S1E6 or would it have been dated?
@rutgerputter It looks like GN is returning postal codes for NL that are numerical only, which based on your statement seems like it might be incorrect. For example, 3335AB is not recognized but 3335 should work. Let me know.
Tried, but when entering only 4 numbers doesn’t trigger a “spinner” next to the field to look it up. I think the Plex Web Interface is looking fot the letters and GN doesn’t like them.
Hi @cire12. My postcode in the UK beginning EX8 continues to pull the Tivo data when creating a new DVR.

How do you know you have the new one out of interest? I’ve done it for mine but unsure if it’s new or not?!
I tried various Cambridge postcodes starting CB
All brought in Tivo
We’ve found a ghost container that’s preventing some users in Europe from acquiring Gracenote metadata. We’re working on it now, I’ll follow up once resolved.
