I have flagged this to Gracenote - they will probably respond saying it is a channel schedule data issue from the station - appears to correct itself on the 27th June !

Failure to save would normally happen if there is more than one channel number mapped to same EPG channel identifier - so could be some duplicates
A long time ago we stopped matching DVR Recordings and preserved the EPG data because of anomalies between EPG data and other data sources - the issues could lead to repeated recordings or loss of recordings. I also recommended having separate libraries for recordings.
If recordings are post processed or moved and the DVR indicator source is lost then the media files would get auto matched to metadata sources

Thanks for the info @sethron. I couldn’t figure out the episode listing that the Plex TV Series agent is using so I just created a separate library and moved the shows (PBS) that have an issue over there. I have it set to use TheTVDB as the agent and all seems to be working. If I find out that the mismatches continue I’ll switch over to the Personal Media Shows agent.
I can understand the issues of having different databases of information. It does make recording of shows difficult if the EPG database shows one thing and the agent identifies that item as already in the library. As per @sethron suggestion I created a separate library just for the show I’m having an issue with and using TheTVDB as the agent because it seems to better match the EPG data that the DVR is using.
Now if I can just get that “Upgrade Libraries” prompt out of my Activity screen I would be all set.

It appears that this lineup has a lot of duplicates which are causing the inability to save the changes
Please go through the following set of channels on the channel mapping screen and for each set of duplicates ensure only one channel number is selected so we do not have any duplicates
You mentioned two missing channels: 590 and 665
I can see both channels in the Midcontinent Communications (398 channels) lineup

Ok, seems they updated the lineup as you can see mine only showed 390 channels yours showed 398. so those two missing ones are there now.
But as far as the duplicated, the lower number is supposed to be the SD channels while the higher is the HD channels.
so if it shows HD, then i can unselect 14 (for example), save it, then go back select 591 and save again. so i can get the channels now, i just dont have the SD and HD.

In addition to Talk TV still be reported as a HD channel, I noticed that QVC (Channel 016) and QVC Style (Channel 038) are now being incorrectly identified on Freeview as HD channels as well

Yea they need to update the local broadcast logos as well for the affiliates. It gets confusing with multiple ABC NBC CBS when they’re all the same logo and no way to switch them ourself

There appears to be 3 or 4 shows on the 2.1 CBS channel that are in this state - This is now raised with our epg data ingestion team - Please let me know if you notice the issue on other channels as well
The ones that have a problem are shows for these episodes (just a selection of some of the episodes)

As others have mentioned channel logos for other networks, there are still some that are unreadable, old, wrong and missing for the Freeview channels.
- 003: ITV - This is using the old 3D colourful logo and not the new flat logo like the other ITV channels use.
- 015: Channel 4 + 1 - As you can see from the screenshot in my previous post this is unreadable on a dark background. Gracenote did fix it a while ago for Channel 4 but not the +1 channel.
- 022: TJC - This is the logo for TJC Choice and not the TJC logo.
- 023: BBC3 - This is the old ‘pink’ pre-relaunch logo rather than the new ‘green’ logo. Ironically BBC3 HD has the correct logo for BBC3 so I would hope it should be a simple fix to move it.
- 034: Great Movies - This is also unreadable on a dark background.
- 037: QVC Beauty - The logo should be a large Q. like the QVC logo, with Beauty written underneath.
- 038: QVC Style - This is the old logo, from before the rebrand, It should be a large Q. like the QVC logo, with Style written underneath.
- 042: Great Movies Action - This is also unreadable on a dark background.
- 068: CBS Drama - This is also unreadable on a dark background.
- 069: CBS Justice - This is also unreadable on a dark background.
- 084: PBS America - This is the PBS logo (from the American version of PBS) rather than PBS America from the UK.
- 109: BBC3 HD - This is using the updated BBC3 logo and not the BBC3 HD logo.
- 237: Talk TV - Is missing a logo.
In case the problems are region dependent my postcode is CV23.
Channel 11.5 and 32.5 came up on my EPG today. I couldn’t find any EPG data for HSN channel 38.8 anywhere. but 38.8 is a bouncer channel for 62.9. So i assume its a duplicate broadcast channel. They share the same call sign as well. Just not sure why the network programming is listed as HSN2. Confirmed visually by tuning into the said channels.

Recently, WSB 2.4 obtained Comet TV, while 32.6 lost that programming.
