I can also confirm the scheduling problem with ABC shows, such as Home Economics at 9:30 PM Eastern on Wednesdays. The episode name is appearing instead of the show name, thus causing the episode not be be picked up by the DVR scheduler.
It varies from a couple of weeks to much longer
I have asked Gracenote for an update. Their initial response in December was that the channel is not on their system and they will work on getting its schedules and add it
I’m also having this issue on the West Coast. I did a complete refresh of the tuners as I was trying to switch EPG providers, which didn’t display too well. So I went back to Plex’s provider.
I am going to have to guess the TV station providing some of these for you - because according to rabbitears.info there are multiple stations broadcasting some of these channels in your area
For example 15.1 to 15.7 are showing as from KQTA-LD here but also they appear in the KMMC-LD set RabbitEars.Info
KMMC-LD station and KDTS-LD sets of channels appear to cover a lot of channels in your list above - so I will request those to be added - i will mention both sets to gracenote - note sure which actually is relevant
Only discrepancy is for 24.7 and 24.8 which show as ONAPlus and AWEPlus rather than what you specified as NewsNet and NewsMX2 - would need more info on what these are and which station they are coming from
I am asking Gracenote to add this KBCW station channel
We fixed an issue on the server side for airings that were ending at 00:00 UTC - but we still have an issue in Plex Web for airings that cross the 00:00 UTC boundary
I will try and bump the outstanding issue. As far as I know the problem is only on Plex Web
Looks like KDTS-LD is the channel sharing host and KQTA-LD/KMMC-LD are the channel sharing guests. Both are broadcasting from the same tower on physical channel. KDTS-LD are the 52.x virtual channels, KQTA-LD are the 15.x channels and KMMC-LD is the 30.x channels. I suspect RabbitEars.info is out of date with ONAPlus and AWEPlus. NewsNet’s website lists 24.7: Where to Watch NEWSnet in California - NEWSnet - News... as it used to be
I suspect RabbitEars is out of date and KDTV-HD is broadcasting UniMas on 14.2.
Although there still appears to be a problem with this week’s schedule (I had to manually setup a 1 time recording), next week’s episode now appears normally in the guide. I did have to setup a new recording schedule though, as the episode did not appear under the existing recording schedule in the DVR.
Got the following update from TBS, letting me know that my initial assumption was wrong. The release date for Miracle Workers Season 4 is currently unknown.
for Italy there is only a list of Local Broadcast Listings (119 channels) but I have more then 400 channel tuned that I cannot see. The 119 list has also lot of mistake, channel missing or with different numbers and so on.
How would it be possible to fix all this problems?
If I get full details, I can refer it to Gracenote and see what the response is. They do not have good support for all countries.
So would need post code and if the broadscasts are terrestrial or cable and if cable details of the provider plus for both cases web site url’s giving the lineups/list of channels for your area
The alternative is to find an xmltv solution and use that instead
